CHAS accreditation requirements
The Minimum requirements for a CHAS application are:
- Health & Safety Policy ( or statement)
- RAMS
- Training records
- Insurance
- First aid & accident procedure
- COSHH (if needed)
- Evidence of supervision & competence
For CHAS Advanced or Elite, you will also require additional documents, including but not limited to:
- Environmental policy
- Quality management policy
- Equality, anti-bribery and modern slavery polices
- Financial standing checks
