With over 20 years’ experience, Colin supports UK businesses with practical, compliant health and safety solutions that protect people and support growth.
He specialises in construction health and safety legal matters, competent person services, audits, and safety documentation. Known for his clear, no-nonsense approach, Colin helps contractors meet compliance requirements efficiently, reduce risk, and position their businesses for success.
Matt Weatherston
Matt is our Health & Safety Consultant specialising in supporting contractors and small businesses with compliance, accreditation, and practical safety systems.
He works closely with subcontractors to achieve SSIP accreditations, including CHAS, Constructionline, PQS, Safe-Contractor, SQMS, SMAS, and more, providing clear guidance, robust documentation, and competent person support.
With a strong understanding of both site operations and client expectations, Matt helps businesses reduce risk, meet tender requirements, and protect their workforce, while keeping compliance proportionate, practical, and commercially focused.
Michael Healy
Michael is our Health & Safety Consultant, specialising in supporting contractors and small businesses.
With extensive experience across health, safety, and compliance within construction and related industries, Michael specialises in guiding organisations through SSIP-aligned accreditations, risk management, and on-site safety leadership.
He is committed to delivering robust solutions that protect people, support business continuity, and help clients confidently achieve compliance. Michael’s pragmatic approach and industry insight ensure clear, compliant systems that work in the real world.
Natasha Carruthers
Natasha is our Assistant Health & Safety Consultant, specialising in supporting Matt, contractors, and small businesses with compliance, accreditation, and practical safety systems.
She works closely with subcontractors to obtain SSIP accreditations, including CHAS, Constructionline, PQS, SafeContractor, SMAS, and more, providing clear guidance and robust documentation.
Amanda Lambert
Amanda is our Operations Manager at Seguro Health & Safety Management, responsible for guiding clients through our services and ensuring they receive the right support from day one.
Amanda is the main point of contact for onboarding new clients, helping them understand our offerings and coordinating a smooth transition into service delivery.
She plays a key role in maintaining long-term client relationships, with a high level of repeat and renewal clients year on year, a testament to the customer service, communication, and reliability she brings to the business.
Melissa Evans
Melissa oversees the company’s finance and accounts function. She is responsible for all bookkeeping activities and prepares the profit and loss statements and balance sheet reports.
She manages the purchase and sales ledgers, along with the cash book and nominal ledger, ensuring financial records are accurate and up to date.
Bob Evans
Bob is our Non-Executive director and provides independent oversight, strategic guidance, and constructive challenge to the executive team.
Bob has been in the construction industry for over fifty years, having come from the trades to owning and growing several construction companies.
He has a passion for marketing and business growth.
