RIDDOR, is a law that requires employers, and those in charge of work premises, to report and keep records of deaths and serious injuries that happen in the workplace.

The course starts by explaining the purpose of RIDDOR, and then moves on to explore the different injuries, diseases and dangerous occurrences which are either covered or exempt under the legislation. It gives an explanation of how to submit a RIDDOR report, including who can report, and the deadlines set in law for doing so.
