CDM regulations (2007), place legal duties on virtually everyone involved in construction work. A CDM co-ordinator has to be appointed to advise clients on projects that last more than 30 days or involve more than 500 person days of construction work.
CDM Co-ordinator Service

CDM Principal/Main Contractor Service
A principle contractor is required where a project is notifiable. By using one of our fully qualified consultants as a principal contractor, we will plan, manage and co-ordinate the health and safety on a project while the construction work is being carried out.
- Planning - We manage the construction phase in liaison with the contractor.
- Competency - All appointees are checked for competency.
- Training - All workers to have a site induction and training where required.
- Communication - We will liaise with the client, designer & contractor.
- Documents - Written plan and site rules prepared prior to work commencing.
